RETURN/REFUND POLICY

At A1Diamonds, we strive for nothing but the best for our valued customers. That's why we've crafted a comprehensive return and refund policy that guarantees your satisfaction.


Custom and personalized orders:

All sales are final on custom orders. But if you change your mind, we understand. Cancelling a custom order will result in a 30% cancellation fee or the cost of labor whichever is higher.


Layaway Orders:

Cancelling a layaway order will result in a 35% deduction of the amount paid as restocking fee.


Shipping:

If no one was available to sign for the package at the time of delivery, and the shipment gets sent back to us, there will be a $35 fee to ship the package again. For any package(s) returned due to incorrect address on non-delivery, there will be a shipping fee deduction from the refund in the amount ranging between $35 - $79, in case of order cancellation. To have the package(s) re-shipped, a shipping fee will be charged between $35 - $79.


Returns:

If the return is a result of our error, you may return the item(s) within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs. If the Item you received was defective, we will offer repairs/replacement at no extra charge if notified within 14 days. But if you'd still like to proceed with cancellation, we will deduct 30% from the total value.

We accept a variety of payment methods, including all major credit cards, PayPal, and bank transfer. Your security is our top priority, so all credit card transactions are subject to an extensive review.
